Cancellation Policy for El Nido Island Hopping Tours
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we've established the following cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience for our guests. Same-Day Cancellations
- Non-refundable, regardless of weather conditions, if the Coast Guard permits the tour.
- Please note that same-day cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee. This is because we have already incurred expenses in preparation for your tour, including:
- Food and beverage preparation
- Boat rental and fuel costs
- Other overhead expenses
Cancellation Deadline
- 10:00 PM the day before the tour.
- Cancellations received before this deadline will be processed according to our refund policy.
Cancellation Procedure
- Notify us by 10:00 PM the day before the tour to avoid charges.
- Please contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp to initiate the cancellation process.
No-Shows
- Considered cancelled; no refunds.
- Failure to show up on the scheduled tour date without prior notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
- Refund bank transaction fees will be covered by guests.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days after cancellation.
Tour Operation
- Sea Conditions: Tour operation is subject to favorable sea conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the tour due to unfavorable sea conditions.
- Coast Guard Approval: Tour operation requires Coast Guard approval. We cannot operate the tour without Coast Guard clearance.
