Review the Activity Information and agree to the Activity Policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Provide the required guest details and sign the Waiver of Liability to confirm your reservation.
Complete your payment via PayPal, GCash, bank transfer, or credit card to secure your slot.
Receive your Booking Confirmation, which includes payment details, agreed-upon policies, and the guest orientation packet.

PAYMENT METHODS
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, GCash, or PayPal.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guests must provide accurate personal details upon booking.
- Any new special dietary or medical requirements not declared at the time of reservation must be communicated via email or WhatsApp at least 48 hours before departure.

TRAVEL INSURANCE & LIABILITY
- Guests are highly encouraged to secure comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
- Viaje del Sol shall not be held liable for losses, injuries, or damages beyond its control.
SENIOR TRAVELERS
- Senior travelers (60+ years old) must ensure they are fit for the trip and may be required to present a medical clearance.
