- All bookings must be made through our physical office, official website, email, or authorized booking partners.
- Full payment is required to secure a reservation.
- A booking confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of payment and all required information.
BOOKING PROCESS
- Head to our website at www.viajedelsolelnido.com to check availability, then select your preferred expedition dates.
- Review the Activity Information and agree to the Activity Policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Provide the required guest details and sign the Waiver of Liability to confirm your reservation.
- Complete your payment via PayPal, GCash, bank transfer, or credit card to secure your slot.
- Receive your Booking Confirmation, which includes payment details, agreed-upon policies, and the guest orientation packet.

1. Reschedule the trip within the next seven (7) days for free
2. Receive transferable travel credit/ fund valid for 36 months. |

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guests must provide accurate personal details upon booking.
- Any new special dietary or medical requirements not declared at the time of reservation must be communicated via email or WhatsApp at least 48 hours before departure.
- Guests must comply with local environmental regulations and responsible tourism guidelines.
TRAVEL INSURANCE & LIABILITY
- Guests are highly encouraged to secure comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
- Viaje del Sol shall not be held liable for losses, injuries, or damages beyond its control.
CHILDREN & SENIOR TRAVELERS
- Children below twelve (12) years old are not allowed on expedition tours for safety reasons.
- Senior travelers (60+ years old) must ensure they are fit for the trip and may be required to present a medical clearance.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Viaje del Sol reserves the right to refuse service to guests who fail to comply with the policies.
